Hotel operator AccorHotels has announced that it has signed a management agreement with Mawarid Finance, an investment company, to develop an Ibis Styles hotel in Dubai.
The company says the hotel will be part of a mixed-use development that will also include Mawarid Finance’s new headquarters.
The 200-key Ibis Styles located in Al Jaddaf will be developed in close proximity to the upcoming Cultural Village project and is expected to open in 2018. 
Facilities include a restaurant, lobby café, meeting room facilities, while guest will have access to gym amenities and a swimming pool.
The hotel will be the latest addition to the Ibis Styles network in the Middle East, which currently comprises of seven other properties including Ibis Styles Dragon Mart and Ibis Styles Jumeirah in the UAE.
