Oman’s Muscat Investment Group (MIG) has teamed up with Al Hind Builders, a construction firm based in the South Indian State of Kerala, to explore prospective real estate projects in both the Sultanate and India.
MIG is currently working on two proposals to kick off the Omani presence in the near future.
The company is also engaged in projects in India that include a resort and health care facility, commercial complex and real estate ventures in three major cities in Kerala.
Al Hind Builders have been recognised as the builders of the first tallest tower in Calicut, the 40-storey‘Burj al Hind’ commercial and residential complex.
