Dubai Properties has confirmed Arabtec subsidiary EFECO (Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co.) will complete the MEP works for 1,388 units under construction at its Villanova development.
Villanova’s Amaranta and La Quinta phases include cluster homes, villas and townhouses.
Arabtec Construction was awarded the $280 million contract for Amaranta and La Quinta Phases in December 2017. A statement published by the contractor at the time suggested EFECO would carry out the MEP works for the project.
