Saudi Arabia’s higher education ministry has awarded contracts worth $714.6mn for a number of university projects it was announced earlier this week.
The deals include the construction of science and engineering contracts, a report in Arab News said. Other projects include the construction of the College of Dentistry at the University of Jazan for $42.6mn, the College of Medicine at Baha University for $36.7mn and the College of Engineering in Dawadmi under Shaqra University for $40.4mn. 
Other contracts also cover the building of a number of projects at the University of Taif, including the College of Applied Medical Sciences for $30.4mn and the College of Education for $22.85mn, the College of Administrative and Financial Services for $22.8mn and the College of Community Service for $22.6mn.
