Paul Godfrey reviews the current state of acceptance of Wellness agendas within the Construction industry, and asks why there is still resistance to introducing Well-being programmes which can make a crucial difference to staff attitudes, and therefore to the bottom line. He then looks at the relationship between Wellness agendas and traditional Health & Safety protocols, and asks whether there is a clear overlap that personnel from each area can happily embrace.
