The master developer of tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) has announced the availability of a limited number of land plots for sale on the Saadiyat Island.
The land plots, which make up the Saadiyat Beach Golf Views, are located in the heart of the Saadiyat Beach Golf Course, the Arabian Gulf’s first beach-front championship course designed by golfing legend Gary Player.
“We are exclusively marketing these 29 land plots with an attractive pricing value which we are confident will appreciate as the island becomes a regional hotspot with its superior educational institutions, beach clubs, various up-scale leisure facilities and world-class cultural establishments, such as the Zayed National Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi,” said Ahmed Al Fahim, executive director of Marketing, Communications, Sales and Leasing at TDIC. 
The plots vary in sizes, ranging between 2,100 m2 and 5,100 m2, while pricing starts from around $2.2m.
