Cayan’s CMC Tower nears completion in Riyadh

Enabling and structural packages completed ahead of schedule, developer says

The CMC Tower, a mixed-use commercial building under construction in Saudi Arabia, is close to completion and construction works are running ahead of schedule, according to Cayan Group.

The SAR 100 million ($26.6 million) block on King Fahad Road in Riyadh will rise 14 storeys and include a screen for advertising purposes, the developer said.

It consists of three distinct phases – the enabling, structural and finishing packages – which will ideally take 24 months to complete.
