The Dubai-based real estate developer Sobha Group has begun a 10-day Eid promotion on villas and apartments in its Sobha Hartland project located in the upcoming Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
According to a statement by the developer, the promotion will run between July 5 and July 15, offering attractive prices and payment plans, including facilities to pay 50% of a unit’s value on completion.
Investors can book their visits to the Sobha Hartland site during the Eid holidays and weekends, where the developer has built two four- and five-bedroom show villas as well as a two-bedroom show apartment, the statement added. 
Built next to the Dubai Water Canal 3km from the Burj Khalifa, Sobha Hartland offers freehold properties ranging from four-, five- and six-bedroom villas with a choice of 12 floor plans to semi-detached villas, townhouses, plots, and high-rise apartments. The mixed-use development is built on 185 acres of land, 30% of which will be made up of green spaces, the developer added.
