FSI, Excitech, partner over space management and BIM in FM

FSI to boost Excitech’s technology-enabled service offerings

FSI, the UK-headquartered group providing solutions for workplace technology for the built environment, has announcement that it has reached an exclusive partnership with Excitech, the 31-year UK provider of technology services for the construction sector and the largest Autodesk Platinum partner in the UK.

According to the press communique, Excitech will extend its facilities management (FM) offering with FSI’s documentation management and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) range of services.

“Running office space is one of an organisation’s highest operating costs,” explains Adrian Jarvis, General Manager, FSI Middle East. “Organisations will have full control of their space, for reacting quickly to, and reporting accurately on the amount of space they have,” added Jarvis.

The integration of Excitech FM, Excitech’s Space and Move Management solution, with the Concept Evolution product suite, reduces costs and allows users to manage complex responsibilities such as moves and relocations, organisational restructures, agile working, mission-critical projects, and even heat-mapping for occupation.

Benefits of the FSI and Excitech integration include web-enablement and bespoke configuration and will offer flexibility of processes in addition to benefits including efficiency, visibility, speed, BIM-compliancy and cost-effectiveness.
