Dubai-based Ramee Group of Hotels and Resorts is set to open a new property in Bahrain next September, which the hospitality firm says will be the tallest five-star hotel in the Kingdom, Gulf News has reported.
The 28-storey Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa would stand at 115m tall, including three basements, and would offer 166 room and 30 suites, a number of food and beverage outlets, as well as an 800 m2 ballroom, breakout meeting rooms, and health and recreational facilities.
Currently,the group operates 37 properties in the budget segment across the UAE, Bahrain, India and Oman.
“The government has recently announced the development of several infrastructural facilities such as beachside leisure areas and water sports to attract more family tourism, as part of its 2030 vision to increase tourism,” said Raj Shetty, chairman and managing worker of Ramee Group of Hotels.
“More opportunities are opening up for investors across the hospitality, travel and leisure sectors in Bahrain,” he added.
