Bloom Properties begins handover of flagship development

Master developer announces the completion of the first phase of construction works for Abu Dhabi project

Abu Dhabi-based master developer, Bloom Properties has announced the completion of the first phase of construction works of the firm’s flagship Bloom Gardens development.

The developer started handing over the first phase, which compromises 123 villas, on June 1, 2012. Located on the Eastern Corniche in Abu Dhabi, the Mediterranean-themed project features detached and semi-detached villas in addition to townhouses, with services and amenities such as 24-hour security and the campus of Brighton College.

Bloom Gardens will be managed by Emirates International Property Services (EIPS) during the first year.
