Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has announced its subsidiary, Mizin LLC, has completed a number of key community facilities in its Remraam Community development.
Located in Dubailand district, Remraam now has 24-hour security, landscaping and parking, as well as communal lawns, BBQs, walkways, seating and shaded play areas.
Mizin also completed additional facilities including a community recreational playground that is available for group activities and games, such as football and cricket, along with an extensive network of landscaped pathways and community jogging tracks. 
Other facilities currently in development include a mosque, swimming pools and retail outlets, as well as the access road from the Dubai Bypass Road which is in an advanced stage of completion, said DPG.
