TDIC launches Phase I residences at Eastern Mangroves

Developer plans to have first tenants start moving in by December 2012

Abu Dhabi’s master developer Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has launched the first phase of the residential component of Eastern Mangroves.

The complex has been built along a 1.2km stretch of the emirate’s protected Eastern Mangroves district, and is only 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The Eastern Mangroves Residences comprises 50 units including 48 three-bedroom apartments and two four-bedroom penthouses.

It also features the five-star Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa by Anantara, which consists of 222 rooms and a variety of food and beverage outlets.

The developer plans to launch soon the second phase for leasing and the first tenants will be able to start moving in by December 2012.
