Rotana Hotels & Resorts is set to open two new hotels in Dubai next month, adding 621 new rooms to the emirate’s hotel room inventory.
The five-star Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana and the deluxe hotel apartments Al GhurairArjaan by Rotana will be part of the new expansion of Al Ghurair Centre.
With the opening of both hotels, Rotana will be operating eight properties in the UAE under the ‘Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana’ brand and three properties under the alcohol-free brand ‘Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana.’ 
The two properties feature facilities including food and beverage venues, one ballroom, and six fully-equipped meeting rooms with audio-visual equipment.
Located in Dubai’s Deira District, Al Ghurair Centre is a mixed-use development comprising a shopping mall, residential apartments,and commercial offices.
