Arabtec Holding’s has confirmed that its wholly-owned subsidiary Arabtec Construction has been awarded an $60 million contract to build 52 villas for Dubai Properties’ Amaranta project in Villanova, Dubai
The contract works will commence immediately for a duration of 20 months, said the company in a statement.
“We are delighted that Dubai Properties continue to show confidence in Arabtec Construction through the award of our fifth phase at the Villanova Project, further building on our solid relationships in our core markets,” commented Hamish Tyrwhitt, group CEO, Arabtec Holding. 
Villanova is a located in Dubailand, located at the intersection of the Dubai and features townhouses with façades designed to resemble contemporary Mediterranean architecture.
