Arabtec Construction has won a $60 million deal to build Raheja Developers’ Navin Minar development close to the Indian capital Delhi.
Scope of works include the construction of a 42-storey residential tower with four basements. Associated works include landscaping, utilities, swimming pools, club house, sports and community facilities and 15 community housing towers which are 15 storeys each.
The project is located approximately 22km from Delhi Airport and is planned to have a total built up area of 214,000sqm. 
The project works will commence immediately for a duration of 36 months.
