Target Engineering Construction Company has been awarded a $52 million contract for the Wilton Park Residence project from Ellington Properties.
The Arabtec Holding subsidiary will now oversee the construction, MEP, landscaping and irrigation works for the 12-storey residential twin towers in Dubai district of Al Merkadh.
Target, which is also currently working on Ellington’s high-rise DT1 project in Dubai Downtown (awarded July 2017), will commence project works immediately. They are expected to take 24 months. 
“We are delighted that Ellington has had the confidence to award Target its second project, highlighting the importance of solid relationships and delivery,” said acting group CEO Peter Pollard.
