Construction works on Azizi Development’s Samia project complete

Developer says Samia represents an ideal opportunity for those who aspire to move from renting homes to an owned-home lifestyle

Azizi Developments has completed construction works on Samia, a residential and commercial development in Al Furjan. The developer says the handover of the 137 studios, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments, as well as eight penthouses will begin soon.

The project boasts a total gross floor area of 18,354sqm, a dedicated retail area that features 11 outlets spanning 7,000sqm, as well as amenities including swimming pools, a gymnasium, a sauna and a steam room.

“As we mark the completion of an impressive residential tower in the budding community of Al Furjan, we thank the thousands of dedicated, diligent individuals who have contributed in turning what was once a project into homes for hundreds of happy families,” said CEO Farhad Azizi.

According to a statement from the developer, the project allows residents to be connected to all the emirates’ key points of interest, including all major business, leisure and retail hubs, without having to live in the bustle of the city.

“It took knowledgeable engineers, hardworking construction site workers, hundreds of accommodating suppliers, supportive government authorities, and a host of other stakeholders, all of whom have played a pivotal role in turning Samia into residences that will now enrich the lives of those who reside in them. Their hard work and unwavering effort has brought this exceptional project from ideation to life,” Azizi added.

Azizi said the group was now looking forward to completing another 14 developments this year, spread across some of Dubai’s most sought-after residential destinations.

“We are off to a strong start in 2020 and will continue to uphold our commitment to customer centricity by successfully delivering our ongoing projects at world-class quality standards,” he concluded.
