ASGC, the UAE-based construction group, has said that work is moving at a steady pace on Accor Group’s new hotel project coming up in Dubai.
Situated in the One Central Development by DWTC at the heart of the Central Business District, Dubai’s hub for finance, commerce and trade, the 25hours Hotel Dubai is a 434-room hotel providing ‘contemporary solution to the cosmopolitan urban traveller’s needs’.
It is the first property outside of Europe for the disruptive German hotel brand.
