Developer wasl properties has announced the completion of its ‘wasl bay’ development and says that units in the residential structure are now available for leasing. The developer notes that the project is located in Garhoud, Dubai and will enable residents to enjoy a modern lifestyle and features top-tier finishing and amenities.
The residential development features 80 units split between one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Unit sizes are said to vary from 644sqft for one-bedroom units to 1,291sqft for three-bedroom units, according to a statement from wasl properties.
The developer says the building feature several amenities including a gym, a swimming pool, retail shops, as well as parking for residents. 
It is located in an area that boasts diverse lifestyle options which cater to every need, the developer added. It is said to be in close proximity to Dubai International Airport, Dubai Festival City Mall, Al Khail Road, Sheikh Rashid Road and offers direct access to Business Bay Crossing Bridge and Al Garhoud Bridge.
