Faithful+Gould will provide a Project Management Office for a 460,000 sq. m Doha Oasis development by Halul Real Estate Investment Company, according to a company statement.
The project includes a high-end residential building, comprising of 14 nine-storey buildings featuring penthouses and 245 apartments. The mixed-use podium will include residential, retail, and indoor theme park housing 26 or more different rides and attractions.
Additionally, the development will feature a 7-star hotel, which will have 28 floors. 
“This project demonstrates the continuing development of Qatar’s property market, which is geared towards delivering the National 2030 Vision. We’re really proud to be part of it, with the aim of ensuring the project is delivered within stringent time, cost and quality objectives,” said Charles Kadri, project director.
Some of Faithful Gould’s other projects include the Ritz Carlton Dubai, Yas Island Marina Hotel, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, Jumeirah Beach Resort Dubai, and Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai.
