Turkish-Emirati company Ideal Sapanca has launched the $15 million FCC Sapanca Residences, a lake-view housing project in Turkey to be developed by FCC Construction & Development.
Located in the Sakarya Province of Turkey, the project will be delivered in June 2017, the company announced. 
The development, built on 6,000 sqm of land near the Sapanca Lake, will consist of 75 luxury flats.
Ideal Sapanca is the Dubai-based broker and marketing agent of Turkish firm FCC Construction & Development Company in the GCC region.
“Building on the enormous success of our previous projects, we wanted to provide our customers with a development project that could be considered a yardstick in luxury…We are confident that our customers will appreciate the serenity of the location, truly making it the ideal leisure destination,” said Nasser Abdulla Al Ali, UAE partner for Ideal Sapanca.
