Damac Properties has announced the latest launch at its Akoya developments, with a series of three-bedroom villas priced at AED 1.2 million ($326,000).
The villas, dubbed, Akoya Fresh, will be built at the Akoya Oxygen golf community, the Dubai-listed developer said.
They are geared towards young couples and first-time buyers, with the property cost payable over 3 years, Damac said.
