Bahrain-based The Developers has opened a $136m development comprising four towers and 400 apartments on Manama’s Juffair waterfront.
Fontana Towers features studios, one- two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses in four interconnected towers. The project offers tenants amenities such as a ladies spa, temperature-controlled indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, communal outdoor swimming pool with sundeck.
It also has a health club, tennis, basketball and squash courts, indoor games room, kids play area, mini-theatre, restaurant, fully equipped business centre and convenience stores. 
Mortgage finance provider, Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions, is providing buyers with a property consulting service and mortgage finance.
