Saudi Industrial Services Company (Sisco) has teamed up with Netherland-headquartered Stork Technical Services to establish a new 55-45 joint venture to offer specialised technical services to the oil and gas, petrochemical and water desalination sectors in Saudi Arabia.
The new Jubail-based entity, Stork Technical Services Saudi Arabia,will have a share capital of $6.66m and “will offer complete solutions bundled to serve high value apparatus and asset management,” the two partners said.
“Sisco has been evaluating various opportunities in this area as part of its strategy to expand and diversify its business, and found these services to be in great demand in Saudi Arabia,”said Mohammed Mudarres, CEO of Sisco.
