Saudi-based Shoaibi Group has set up a joint venture with UK-based mechanical engineering group EnerMech to tap into the Kingdom’s lucrative oil and gas services market.
According to the partnership agreement, Shoaibi Group will facilitate operations of the Saudi unit of EnerMech and provide essential marketing and technical support services under the agreement.
Al Khobar-headquartered EnerMech SA Ltd will provide crane, hydraulics, valves, process, pipelines and umbilicals (PPU), lifting and inspection services, equipment rental and specialist training to the Saudi Arabian energy sector. 
The new JUV will also further enhance Shoaibi Group ‘s energy services portfolio, which caters to most segments of the oil, gas and petrochemical industries in Saudi Arabia.
