LTHE and EMAS AMC wins large EPCI project from Saudi Aramco

Offshore jackets are in Zuluf, Marjan, Sfaniya and Ribyan offshore fields of Saudi Arabia

A consortium of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE) and EMAS AMC (a Subsea7 company) has been awarded a large engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) project consisting of 28 offshore jackets by Saudi Aramco.

The offshore jackets are in Zuluf, Marjan, Sfaniya and Ribyan offshore fields of Saudi Arabia, a LTHE statement said. The awarding of the package demonstrates Saudi Aramco’s trust in LTHE’s capability to deliver to a challenging schedule, with excellent safety and quality performance, it added.

LTHE’s fabrication facilities in Middle East and India are fully equipped to execute these challenging projects, it said.

LTHE is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro and is based in Mumbai, India. The company defines a large contract as being between $350 million and $700 million.
