Bauer Tianjin Technologies is a subsidiary of Bauer Maschinen GmbH, which is based in Schrobenhausen in Bavaria, Germany. The subsidiary has been assembling equipment for special foundation engineering for distribution in Asia since 1995.

The factory relocation was forced by the expiration of lease contracts at the previous facilities.

The new facilities offer enough space for the coming years: The entire area covers 65,814 square metres. Production facilities with the offices take up 30,717m2 of the site. At present, just over 220 employees work there with the capacity to produce up to 90 machines a year.
